Right on cue, rain showers began at the beginning of the noon hour after a quiet and nice morning. I even had time to trim some branches, battle dandelions, put out the patio set and get ready for spring in the “proper” way. Yes, we did have to cover up the patio set because of the threat of rain, but it looks more summer-like in the backyard.
The is a chance of seeing some periods of heavy rain, gusty winds and small hail this afternoon and evening. The chance of moisture begins to taper off somewhat later this evening with a low of 45.
Saturday mostly sunny but breezy. West winds 15 to 25 mph with some gusts near 35 mph. High temperatures in the mid 60’s.
Sunday the clouds return with a slight chance of showers during the afternoon. High in the mid 60’s.
Monday still cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. High in the upper 60’s.
By Tuesday partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and finally back into the low 70’s, where we belong this time of the year!
Wednesday and Thursday still look unsettled with showers and thunderstorms possible. Highs both days hover around the 70 degree mark.
