A high of 91 & T/Storms drop us to 72!

A very hot day today and lots of sunshine. Clouds moved in quickly tonight and we are seeing rain and thunderstorms from western Montana to east of Great Falls.

The wind is kicking up at the moment with a peak gust of 54 mph at 9:06 pm. I tried to get a picture of the sunset but just too dark, wet and windy. So I will include the latest radar image for Cascade county. The dark green colors are the heavier rain.

Doppler Radar 9:15 pm Wednesday

The National weather service even had reports of small hail just south of town earlier tonight along with the rain and thunderstorms.  The good part of tonight’s weather is the quick cool down. In a matter of an hour or so it dropped to 72 degrees!

The bad news is my car was washed today, but I can’t take responsibility for the rain that ruined everyone’s clean cars. The car wash came free with the oil change!
