Another windy day Friday, but mild!

Strong winds along the Rocky Mountain Front

We can thank the warming winds for temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s again. It helps melt the snow but it also is creating some travel problems due to limited visibility.

All good things must come to an end. Later this weekend a cold front crosses the state delivering snow and rain. Behind the front is much colder air, enough to push us below zero Monday morning!

Here are a couple of photos of the Missouri in Great Falls along River Drive. Even though it’s warmer, the river is still frozen and snow covered in most areas.
