March in like a Lion! February Stats.

March roared in like a Lion. Cold and snowy as a cold front moved fast through the state last night. We saw a temperature drop of about 40 degrees in 4 hours. That is Montana weather!

With the new month, the National Weather Service has released statistics from February on snowfall and other information.

It was chilly enough that Gabby, one of our cats, had a long, long nap in front of the fireplace insert. Guess she thought she was on a tropical island. Smart place to be on a cold night!

Gabby dreaming of warm weather!
