Another cold and stormy weekend!

Another cold front is preparing to dive into Montana from the north, and mixed with moisture from the west, winter still wants to hang around!

NWS Weather Story

Although a lot of snow is not expected for us, combine the cold winds and it will make it feel very winter-like this weekend. This is the final weekend on Standard time. Next Sunday, March 13th at 2 am we return to Mountain Daylight Time and spring ahead one hour. Darker longer in the morning but more daylight during the evening hours.

Spring is due to arrive March 20th at 5:21 pm, but we had better hurry and get some warmer temperatures to make it look like spring!

The middle of next week it does look like more normal readings return to the state. Highs in the upper 30’s and lower 40’s, just about where we belong this time of the year!

I hope you have great plans for the weekend, despite the cool temperatures. I have a lot of unfinished chores that I have been trying to slowly take care of and that is on my list of things to do this weekend!
