It’s hard to believe that late last week we had a storm that dumped over 12 inches of snow on Great Falls and today most of the snow has melted and the Easter weekend for the most part went on as scheduled.
The city was able to remove snow from the grass at part of Gibson Park for the big city Easter egg hunt. Today Set Free Ministries and other churches held special hunts for the youngsters.
Convertibles and motorcycles have come out of the garages and my what a beautiful Sunday it has been. No wonder we call it Big Sky Country!
As we move into Monday it becomes more unsettled with showers possible and highs in the mid 50’s. Maybe spring is here to stay as the rest of the week looks like some showers but highs stay in the 50’s.
After our big snow storm you can see the grass turning green quickly. It won’t be long and the lawnmowers will starting up once the ground dries out more.
I hope you had a joyful Easter celebration and had a chance to open some windows and let in the fresh air, get outside and enjoy the great weather!’
