Cooler but drier for the weekend. More hot weather next week!

After yesterday’s active weather pattern, another storm system will drift eastward through southwest Canada today and tomorrow. This system will bring a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms to the state Saturday. There are still some rivers and streams that have excess water. You can find the graphic below that details the concerned areas.

Overnight partly cloudy and mild with a low in the upper 40’s.

Saturday mostly sunny and cooler than normal with a high in the upper 60’s.

Sunday mostly sunny with showers and thunderstorms possible during the late afternoon. High in the mid 60’s.

Monday mostly sunny with a high in the mid 70’s

Tuesday we are back into the heat of summer again. Mostly sunny with a high in the low 80’s.

Wednesday partly sunny with a chance of showers and a high in the mid 80’s.

Thursday a break from the heat with sunshine, showers and a high near 70.

I hope you have a pleasant evening!
