We are already seeing the impact of the cold front moving into north and western sections of Montana. Temperatures have dropped into the 30’s and we expected to see an inch or two of snow from this latest storm system.
Athough the moisture doesn’t last long the colder temperatures will want to hang around! Chill this weekend with some warming into the lower 40’s by Monday. A normal high this time of the year should be closer to 50 degrees.
Be prepared for freezing roadways and some snow. Slow down, allow extra time to get to your destination and leave extra space between the vehicle in front of you as we get used to winter driving conditions again.
Stay safe!
