It’s that time of the year that we can expect about anything. Strong gusty winds with highs in the 50’s for Veteran’s Day. We can expect gusty winds for a time yet this afternoon and this evening.
A series of cold fronts line up and head our way beginning Saturday, resulting in much colder temperatures, and less wind but moisture in the form of snow or rain showers. Heaviest amounts are well west of Great Falls.
If you are outdoors this weekend be prepared for winter like driving conditions especially at the higher elevations. Even rain can freeze on roads and bridge decks making for icy driving conditions. Don’t forget the sidewalks too, they can become difficult to navigate if they become wet and freeze.
Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend!
